(1) ( Mohinga )

Mohinga is one of the most favorite traditional foods in Myanmar. It is mainly cooked with fish, lemongrass, ginger, onion and crunchy pith of the banana (although different way of cooking style according to region), and served with mote phat (kind of noodle and make from rice), parsley and chili powder. People mostly eat mohinga as breakfast and it can get easily almost everywhere like street markets, tea shops, and also some restaurants.

The second favorite food as breakfast, like mohinga, is ohn noe khaoswe and it is mainly served with soup (that is cooked with chicken and coconut juice), 

noodle, boiled egg, onion, and chili powder. It can get easily almost everywhere like mohinga.

Nan Gyi Thoke, also called spaghetti of Myanmar, is a kind of noodle salad with rice noodle. It is also a favorite traditional food and mixed with rice noodle, chicken curry, boiled egg, onion. It is served from morning to afternoon.
